Q: What is a pre-order? When will I receive my item?
A: When an item is NOT in stock, it will be labeled as a Pre-Order item. In this case, you can purchase the item now, and we will ship as soon as the item is in stock. Usually you will receive your order 3-4 weeks after payment is received.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We proudly ship from the garden state, New Jersey.
Q: What is the turn around time for shipping when I purchase from your site?
A: At this time, we are only taking pre-orders and we will ship All items posted on this site are ready to ship items unless stated otherwise. So you can expect your item to be shipped out within 2-3 days after purchase.
Q: Do you except returns?
A: No. All sales are final. Please double check measurements/ sizing info listed prior to making a purchase. However, we will allow exchanges within 7 days but ONLY if the size is in stock. Please email us to check our stock.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping within the US is $3.00.
Q: Will you you replace lost or stolen packages?
A: No. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once you receive your tracking number.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?

Yes. We will ship anywhere. However international shipping is an
additional cost. If you are an international customer please contact us

Q: What t-shirts do you use?
A: Currently we are using American Apparel's Infant Sheer Jersey Short Sleeve T-Shirt, Kids Fine Jersey Short Sleeve T-Shirt and their Poly-Cotton 3/4 Sleeve Raglan.
Q: How can my child become a brand rep?
A: We are always looking to our customers to become brand reps. Please post pics in your HCCo apparel and tag #honeychildco on Instagram. We will repost and if you are chosen, we will send you discounted apparel to model.
